Certification of Birth Death Marriage Certificates

Issuing certified copies of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates through the e-BMD data system at Sri Lankan Missions/Posts abroad.

If you are living in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania you can obtain Birth, Marriage and Death certificate after obtained from 1960 through Melbourne office.

You can submit your request to the email (mail@slcgmel.org) or via post along with following application.

Payment

1. Fee for Certification of Birth/Marriage/Death : CLICK HRE

For request submitting via email: You can make the bank transfer to the Consulate General bank account. Our Bank account details will be sent upon the request of applicant.

For request submitting via post : The relevant fee should be sent by Postal Money Order (Australia Post)/bank draft drawn in favour of the “Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Melbourne” along with the application.
